Returns & Refund

Tidor has a 14-day return policy, from the time the item(s) is received. Eligible returns are free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item, including jewelry packaging, must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tidor.no.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and Tidor will not be responsible for any harm to the product from transportation in such a case. The items should be sent only to the address stated below. If the product is to be sent, it must be packaged in a responsible manner as per Tidor instructions.

The refund will be issued within 14-days of Tidor receiving the item(s) in return. Tidor has the right to withhold payment to the buyer until Tidor has received the goods from the buyer.
