Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: What couriers do you ship with?

All our orders are shipped with Fedex or DHL

 

Q: How should I care about my items?

To ensure longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:
- Treat with care and avoid strenuous activities which will expose your jewellery to knocks and scratches.

- Remove your jewellery before bed, showering and washing your hands.

- Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfume, hair products and cosmetics.

- Store your pieces separately to avoid scratching.

How to clean and maintain:

Jewellery can become tarnished from daily wear and pollutions in the air. In order to restore luster and shine, we advise you to polish your gold pieces with a dry and clean polishing cloth. Diamond pieces are to be cleaned using a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water, followed by a rinse in warm water, and dried with a soft cloth. Pearls are organic and very sensitive to chemicals found in soap and beauty products. These pieces are to be cleaned with a soft cloth. 

Consider your jewellery the finishing touch. Let them be the last thing you put on when getting ready to avoid chemicals found in beauty products.

 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

If you have received an item that is the wrong size or not quite as expected, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the item being delivered or picked up in store. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Q. Will I be charged customs?

For orders shipped to Norway: All taxes are included in the final purchase price, and there will not be any additional import duties or charges. 

For orders shipped outside of Norway: Local custom duties, taxes and fees may apply upon receipt, which are not included in the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local custom office for information regarding shipments from the EU to your country.

The shipping courrier will act as a broker in collecting any customs due and may require.

Q. Can I combine orders?

All orders must be placed together. We cannot combine multiple orders. Please place all orders together at once.

Q: Can I modify an order once I've placed it?
